Situated on a block lined with trees and art galleries, the apartment is equally as idyllic inside as outside.
At more than 3,000-square feet, the apartment includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
An elegant hallway featuring a timeless round mirror over a dark brown hall table leads into the living room. Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves stretch across the back wall, offering plenty of opportunity to add colour and interest.
A 46-foot-wide open plan living room dominates the space with oversized windows offering views across New York. The floors are made of white-washed wide-plank oak floors while the 13-foot-high ceilings give the space an expansive feel.

The simple, unadorned fireplace provides a focal point for the room, creating a sense of symmetry. The room decor has been kept minimal, with plenty of neutral colours.
While as is natural in any New York apartment, a comparatively compact, but fully kitted out kitchen is tucked away in the corner.
The kitchen includes butcher-block cabinetry, farm sink, and a large center island. It also features a six-burner Viking range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The stuff of a chef’s dream.
The sunny south-facing main bedroom is fitted with whitewashed oak floors, covered in a gorgeous berber style rug. A generous walk-in wardrobe is another perk of this lovely room.
Toeing the line between modern and traditional, the bathroom has been decorated in a slick modern colour scheme, but with a vintage style sink and claw-footed tub.
The property includes two more guest rooms, and an additional family room with access to a roof deck via French doors.
Outside, the stunning 1,700 square foot wraparound roof deck offers breathtaking views of the beautiful Highline, and further across to the Hudson River.
The New York penthouse apartment is currently listed with Knight Frank and Douglas Elliman.
